On June 25, 2009 at 0233hrs High Bridge Fire Department was alerted for box 2549 to respond Special Service 14 with the foam north trailer. Upon arrivel the incident was that there was a box truck that ran into the back of a tractor trailer tank truck that was carrying liquid oxygen and was leaking. The foam task forces assignment was to blacket the area around the rear trailer wheels with foam while the hazmat team as well as tow truck operators worked to sperate the two trucks and stop the leak. Also responding with the task force was station 26 Fire (West Amwell) who is reponsible for the south counties foam unit, both trailers repond anytime the task force is called out. Also on scene from High Bridge was engine 14-2 whos assignment was as a hydrant on Rt. 173 to supply water to a 5" line.
