On July, 15 2009 at 1045hrs the High Bridge Fire Department was alerted to box 4602 for an MVA with entrappment on Cokesbury road in the area of Stone Mill Road. Chief 14 arrived at 1048hrs and confirmed entrappment as well as a head injury. Engine 14-2 arrived on scene and began extrication on a tri-axel dump truck with a full load of stone, the windshield and cab roof were removed from the truck to gain access to the victim. Also on scene was 46 Fire, 45 Rescue and 27 Rescue, after the victim was extricated he was flown by helicopter to the hospital.
