On July, 20 2009 at 0043hrs the High Bridge Fire Department was alerted for box 1905 for an MVA with entrappment on Rt. 513 south of Observatory Road. Engine 14-2 arrived and completed the extrication by removing the driverside doors as well as the roof to gain access to the victim. Departments on scene 19 Fire, 14 and 19 Rescue. Victim was flown by helicopter to the hospital.
