On Thursday January 14, 2010 at 1423hrs station 14 fire was dispatched to box 4505 for truck 14 to respond to Lake View Ave. for a kitchen fire. At 1425hrs Deputy 45 arrived on scene and advised working fire with smoke coming out the front door. Engine 45 arrived on scene and deployed a 1.75 hand line to the kitchen to extinguish the fire. Truck 14 arrived on scene at 1433hrs and was tasked with ventilation and to check for extension. Other departments on scene 18 fire - FAST, 46 fire - engine, 91 fire - engine and station 45 Rescue.
